Return Policy

Custom Orders – No Returns

All of our products are custom-made and created to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

To report an issue, email us at themagnetmagicco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

No Chargebacks

By purchasing from us, you agree to our policy of no returns on custom items and acknowledge that chargebacks are not permitted for this reason. If there’s an issue, please reach out — we’re here to help and resolve any problems promptly.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU law.

Please note: This right does not apply to custom or personalized items.

If eligible, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

If a return is approved, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
