Processing Times
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. During busy periods, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We do our best to keep rates as affordable as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist where we can, but ultimately cannot reimburse orders that show as delivered.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
